Regardless of which delivery method is used, the deliveries will only take place outside of your home. This is merely a safety precaution because we would be held liable if the delivery person were to enter your home. So, you will have to bring the materials inside yourself.

When you order flooring from us, it will be securely packaged in moisture protective wrapping and kept from getting damaged with durable steel bands.

After your order is delivered, please inspect it thoroughly to make sure nothing is missing or damaged. Make notes of your findings on the bill of lading that is included with the shipment. Also, look at your invoice to make sure that you have received all of the items you ordered. If you have multiple packages coming, then just check to see that the items of that particular package are all there. This could be flooring materials or supplies that you needed to buy separately. Once you have verified that nothing was damaged or missing, you can sign the bill of lading. If you aren’t the one personally checking the package, make sure your representative does that before they sign the bill of lading for you. If there ends up being damages and they weren’t noted on the bill of lading, then we will not be held responsible for any of those damages. However, damages rarely ever happen during our shipments. In the rare case that damages do occur, please accept the shipment anyways. All you have to do is write down the damages on the bill of lading and then keep a copy of it for your own records. If the damages are significant, then you should take digital pictures of those damages and send them to our customer service department immediately afterwards. We will file a claim to reimburse you for the damages or monetary loss that you have endured.
